1. Who we are

LeadGod ("LeadGod," "we," "us," or "our") operates this website and the related lead-generation platform. We are a referral service that connects consumers with vetted service providers (e.g., personal injury attorneys, solar installers, insurance agents). We are not a law firm, an insurance carrier, or a service provider; we make introductions.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, information we collect automatically when you use the site, and limited information from third-party services we integrate with.

2.1 Information you provide

• Name, phone number, email address
• State, city, and ZIP code
• Description of the situation you contacted us about (e.g., accident details, project requirements, insurance needs)
• Answers to qualifying questions during the AI chat or SMS intake
• Account credentials (if you sign up as a buyer in our marketplace)

2.2 Information collected automatically

• IP address and approximate location derived from it
• Browser type, device type, operating system, and language
• Timestamp of consent and chat or SMS messages
• Pages viewed and referring URL

2.3 Sensitive information

You may share sensitive information about an injury, medical condition, financial situation, or legal matter when describing your case. We treat this information with heightened care and only share it with the service provider matched to your case after you consent.

3. How we use your information

• To run the AI intake conversation and qualify your inquiry for a specific service vertical
• To match you with appropriate service providers in our network based on your geography, case type, and quality criteria
• To deliver your contact information to the service provider you consent to be contacted by
• To comply with legal obligations including Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Do Not Call (DNC) requirements
• To improve our AI models, prompts, and qualification logic (using anonymized data)
• To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud or security issues

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for advertising purposes. The buyer who receives your lead information does so as part of the referral service you requested.

4. How we share your information

We share your information in the following ways and no others:

• Service providers (buyers). When you complete an intake and consent to be contacted, we share your name, contact information, geography, and case description with one or more matched service providers in our network.
• Infrastructure providers. We use Supabase (database), Anthropic (AI conversation), Resend (transactional email), Stripe (payments), and Vercel or another hosting provider. These vendors process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements.
• Legal compliance. If required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
• Business transfers. If we are acquired or merge with another company, your information may transfer to the successor entity.

5. Consent and TCPA

By submitting your information through our chat or SMS intake, you expressly consent to be contacted by phone, text message, and email by us and by the service providers we match you with, regarding your inquiry. You understand that:

• Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service
• Standard message and data rates may apply for SMS
• You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. You can opt out of email by clicking unsubscribe in any email we send.
• You can request deletion of your information by emailing privacy@leadgod.ai

Each consent is logged with a timestamp, IP address, and the specific message you sent. This audit trail is available to you on request.

6. Your rights

Depending on your state, you may have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (note: we do not sell personal information for advertising; the referral itself is the service)
• Withdraw consent for future contact at any time

7. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the referral service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Lead conversations and consent logs are typically retained for at least 4 years to satisfy TCPA record-keeping requirements. You can request earlier deletion subject to those legal obligations.

8. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, role-based access control, and database row-level security. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by law.

9. Children

LeadGod is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International users

LeadGod operates from and stores data in the United States. If you access the site from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the U.S.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
