LeadGod uses artificial intelligence. Specifically, AI/machine-learning models are used for conducting the qualifying conversation, scoring an enquiry and routing it to a buyer.

When you interact with an assistant, agent or chat feature in LeadGod, you are interacting with AI, not a human. To reach a person, email hello@ardynamicsinc.com.

Content produced by these features is AI-generated.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and are not professional advice. Review anything important before relying on it, and do not submit information you are not permitted to share with a third-party model provider. Ask us and we will tell you which AI providers we use.

This disclosure is made in line with the EU AI Act (Article 50, applicable from 2 August 2026) and US state bot-disclosure laws including California SB 1001.

Sensitive categories of data

Health information you give us. If you tell us about an injury, a medical condition or treatment, that is health information. We are not a healthcare provider, health plan or HIPAA business associate, so HIPAA does not govern information you give us directly; state consumer-health-data laws do, including Washington's My Health My Data Act, Nevada SB 370 and the Connecticut Data Privacy Act. To ask us to delete it, email hello@ardynamicsinc.com.

Phone numbers and calling consent. We keep a record of when and how any consent to be called or texted was given, so it can be proved and so it can be honoured when withdrawn. Reply STOP to any text, or email us, to withdraw it.

Your rights and choices

You may request access to, correction of, a copy of, or deletion of your personal information, and may object to or restrict certain processing. California residents have the rights to know, delete, correct and opt out of sale/sharing under the CCPA/CPRA; EEA/UK residents have the equivalent GDPR rights and may complain to a supervisory authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a right.

When you submit an enquiry, we sell it — your contact details and what you tell us about your situation — to a law firm or other business that buys enquiries in your area. Email and messages

We send service messages you cannot opt out of while you have an account — receipts, security alerts, and notices about changes to these terms. They are not marketing.

We may send you marketing email about LeadGod. Each message is sent by AR Dynamics Inc. and carries our postal address, 200 Vineyard Blvd, Suite A325 #5128, Honolulu, HI 96817, USA.

Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and we honour an unsubscribe within 10 business days — in practice, immediately. Messages identify AR Dynamics Inc. as the sender, use an honest subject line, and are never sent to a purchased list.

We do not send marketing text messages or place marketing calls to you without your prior express written consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time by replying STOP.

Children

LeadGod is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, email hello@ardynamicsinc.com and we will delete it. In the EEA/UK we respect the local age of digital consent (13–16).

How we protect information

Connections to the service are encrypted with HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, so we do not promise that a breach can never happen.

If there is a data breach

If a breach affects your personal information we will notify you and the relevant regulators as required by law — without unreasonable delay under US state breach-notification statutes, and within 72 hours of becoming aware where the EU/UK GDPR applies. Our notice will describe what happened, the data involved, what we are doing, and what you can do.

Changes to this policy

We will post any update here with a new effective date, and give notice of material changes before they take effect.
